米大統領のドナルド・トランプ氏は、次期大統領選でジョー・バイデン氏勝利が確定した後も、「選挙に不正があり、本当の勝者は自分自身だ」と繰り返し主張している。
Twitter社は、トランプ氏のこういったツイートに対して、「大統領選はジョー・バイデン氏の勝利だ」という新たな警告文を表示し始めた。12月14日の選挙人投票でバイデン氏の勝利が確定したことを受けた措置だ。
